As 2023, the fifth year of being a full time consultant, draws to a close I am reflecting on some things that I have learned.
- Curiosity is to be highly valued
- Don’t assume. Ask
- Culture does matter
- Nurture the grass roots
- If something’s not right, change it
- There is value in community
And finally, as a friend of mine says in a bastardisation of a well known brand strapline, JFDI!
